International Shipping:

Delivery times vary based on recipient country and customs regulations. $30.00 USD to Canada and Mexico $50.00 USD to countries outside US and Canada. FREE international shipping on orders more than $200.00 USD Please be aware that at this time Ethika does not cover duties, taxes, or other fees associated with international shipments. Those fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Processing Times:

Order processing and shipping times may be impacted by high order volume and/or shipping carrier constraints. Be sure to check your order confirmation email for the expected shipping window.When you receive your shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, please allow for up to 3 business days for that to update in the carrier's system.In some cases, your order may be sent in multiple shipments. Each shipment will be sent with a unique tracking number that will be emailed to you once the order has been fully processed.

Q: What is your policy on freight forwarders?

Policy on Packages Sent to Freight Forwarders
At Ethika, we value our customers' satisfaction and strive to provide excellent service throughout the shipping process. However, we would like to inform our customers that packages sent to freight forwarders are not eligible for claims or refunds directly from Ethika.
Understanding Freight Forwarders:

Freight forwarders are third-party shipping companies that specialize in receiving packages on behalf of customers and forwarding them to international destinations. While they provide a valuable service in facilitating international shipping, they operate independently of Ethika and have their own policies and procedures.
Handling Issues with Freight Forwarders:

If a customer chooses to use a freight forwarder to receive their package, they assume responsibility for the shipment once it reaches the freight forwarder's facility. Any issues regarding the delivery, condition, or loss of the package must be addressed directly with the freight forwarder.
Limitations on Claims:

Ethika cannot be held responsible for any damages, losses, or delays incurred during the transportation of packages by freight forwarders. Any such, claims related to packages sent to freight forwarders will not be honored.
Customer Responsibility:

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they provide accurate shipping information and choose a reputable freight forwarder if they opt to use this shipping method. Customers should also verify the policies and procedures of the freight forwarder regarding lost or damaged packages.

After Placing Your Order:
Q: What are the return and exchange policies?

We offer free returns for customers within the U.S. for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date your order ships.
  • Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, undamaged, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • The item must have been purchased directly from our website (returns for store/retailer purchases are not accepted).
  • Items from special promotions or reshipments are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Mystery Items, Gift Card and Fragrance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Order must not be final sale.

Once your return is received and approved, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing by our warehouse and up to 30 days for the request to be completed. Please note that processing times may be affected by volume during a sale period.

Please note that any items received that do not meet the conditions for returns may not receive a full refund for the item.

Refund Process:

Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the amount paid, minus shipping and handling charges. Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.

As a reminder all international orders, gift cards, fragrance items, and mystery styles are considered final sale and are NOT eligible for return. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase.
